Terrible experience

Liked: To make a long story short we had to drive 5 1/2 hours back home with a busted window because our car was broken into

Disgusting rooms but nice view...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty—I even ended up with an eye infection from the unsanitary conditions. The bathtub kept backing up and clearly needed Draino. It looked like the balconies had been removed or altered, and there was glue all over where the repairs had been done. The towels provided had yellow stains on them, so I didn’t use them and thankfully had brought my own. As I mentioned it to the front desk the African American lady thought it was so funny. This was the lady who was working in the morning at the front desk around 9-10am on 4/20.

Did not enjoy my stay

Disliked: There wasn’t any parking unless you valet your vehicle for 50 and if you have to leave out it’s and additional 20$ everytime you leave, Our rental car was broken into Atlanta is not the place to going on vacation for me Waste of my money also the hotel puts holds on your card per day 75$ daily for insurance just completely tied my money in hiding fee

Comfortable and Pleasant Stay

Liked: We had a great stay . Day staff Keem and Rakeeta were very helpful and friendly. The night staff had an attitude and act as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Disliked: Wish website would give more information on where to park. And about needing to scan card in elevator to use it.

Great location, friendly staff, not...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. We stayed there because I had treatments at Emory. Perfect location to walk from after a procedure. Recommend parking garage (only $36 a night) vice valet which is $50.
Disliked: The hotel needs a facelift. Carpets are very old, walls need paint. While the room is big and has a kitchenette the room was not very clean. Food crumbs on the counter, old spouge in the sink, trash on balcony. They could do much better.

Loved location and awesome room.

Liked: Breakfast could use a few more items.The security guard was the best ,showed us a beautiful view so we could take photos never been in a big city!.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking $36.00 Was told free wine didn't receive, got the free chips(hard) couldn't eat. Small winers wrapped in something.loved it
