Exceptional

Good

Liked: The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room were great, like the full kitchen and extra sofa sleeper, would be great for longer stays and for larger family’s staying.
Disliked: The bed mattresses were not comfortable and it was hard to sleep.Also I was a little deceived by the location of the hotel. Online it showed the hotel being so close to Disney parks and in walking distance but in all reality it was on the back side of the park and would have taken well over 20min to walk there and over busy roads. We had to pay extra to Uber everytime we had to come and go from the hotel. No shuttle bus service was available from the hotel.

Liked: Walking distance from Disney. Soo convenient. They serve breakfast as well which is perfect if you will wake up early to go to Disney. Staffs are very nice and polite
Disliked: Parking was not free or included in the booking

Liked: Room was nice and AC worked really well.
Disliked: Unable to do early check in, only option was to pay more money. I have never stayed at a place that wont allow early check in if the room was available.

Pet friendly, comfortable and clean

Liked: The property is very clean and it’s very nice but it is not .2 miles from Disneyland. It’s more like 1 mile so it’s quite a walk.
Disliked: We enjoyed the property because they are very pet friendly and it was clean accommodations. They have a nice breakfast, which is very convenient.

Liked: Fabulous property - perfect for Disneyland
Disliked: The pool area is pretty small and very few lounge chairs . It is quickly filled by just one small family and then anyone else wanting to use the pool has no place to sit .

Liked: I like how spacious it was
Disliked: Ants in my room, AC didn't work well it was hot all night, staff brought a fan.

Liked: Room size is great and the beds are super comfy.

I would not stay at...

Liked: Customer service was responsive.
Disliked: One of two rooms had very strong chemical odor and room had to be changed. There were roaches in the second room, one inside the refrigerator and a second was running on the countertop. We had to throw away our food and canceled our stay.
