Great, pet friendly property. Mildly...

Liked: The room ("suite") was good sized, a little dated but comfortable. The property was clean, well kept, and as a pet property, either all guests were cooperative with picking up dog poop, or the property does a great job of keeping it clean. I cleaned up after my dog, and we did not encounter messes left behind by other pet owners.
Disliked: I wasn't advised of a $25 per night pet fee, which is reasonable, but I budgeted for my trip. My booking was quoted at $300, I thought that was the amount I would be billed so I budgeted for it. with the added $50 pet fee plus taxes that were added on totaled to $400 for a two night stay. It would be GREAT, if the price quoted is the whole price so people aren't surprised with actual charges to the credit card. In this economy, every dollar counts.
