Staybridge Suites Akron-Stow-Cuyahoga Falls, Stow

Staff was very helpful and amenities were great. I will surely stay here again. Rooms were in great shape and very comfortable.

Disliked: No shuttle to Blossom.

Liked: Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. The room was quiet.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wednesday night social time was wonderful with BBQ and free beverages. Breakfast buffet was delightful with many delicious options. Suite was more than comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Pool was relaxing. Free paper appreciated.

Liked: Great location for Blossom. Clean. Pretty landscaping.

Liked: Excellent breakfast food. Zach the Mgr. did his best to accommodate my wife's limited mobility. He bought a mat for the tub to help her stand up more safely.
Disliked: Bulb in bathroom burned out on a Fri. We were staying yet until Mon. Desk person told me no one could change it that night. The next day, I asked again. Was told Sat. they have no weekend maintenance help. Could do it on Mon. Was offered another room. We'd already had stayed there 4 nights, wasn't going to pack everything again to move. At 75+, I wasn't going to attempt to climb on a ladder to change it myself, so I didn't ask for one. Had no light room service all week. Couldn't get clean towels unless we took them down. Not sure was the problem was there.

Lovely pleasant stay close to...

Liked: Liked everything, friendly pleasant staff, really nice spacious, comfortable room, bright and so very quiet. Great easy access to Blosson, Peninsula, Stan Hywet, Cleveland, even made it to Sanduskey and Lake Erie. Really appreciated laundry facility. Stayed 8 nights and was really happy here. Lovely stay.
Disliked: Nothing to not like. Very happy.
