Good value and ok experience.
Liked: I was told upfront that the front desk operated like an office, not really like a hotel. Good managing expectations. The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It was very loud. Could hear doors when people were coming and going. The courtyard idea is nice, but really loud.

Liked: I like that it was really nice and clean!
Disliked: There were some guys on the court yard partying, and it was past the quiet time. Using alcohol and weed. with children at the property.

We were disappointed!!!
Liked: I like the concept. We’ve stayed here before and loved the location and the apartment feel.
Disliked: It felt so dirty. There was a large primed spot in the bathroom. A large area near the window where the wall was scuffed and marked up. The window curtains did not keep the light out. The floor was not scrubbed. The blankets and comforters were thin and very worn! The dishwasher did not work. The towels were nice.

Worst stay ever and very...
Liked: Room layout and surrounding places.
Disliked: Dirty sofa, clogged bathroom sink/toilet, no light over stove, poorly functioning TV remotes, no shower gel/shampoo, non-working coffee maker and room lockout on last day. Bedspread had stains on it, as well as the sofa-see pics! Excuses of COVID-19 and lack of staff offered but my cash was still green! Refused to switch my room, though they had numerous available and offered absolutely no recompense for my inconvenience from the time I arrived until my last night. I was locked out of my room for over an hour, in the rain with no one answering the after hours number for Emergencies. I called 20 times! I wasn't provided with a welcome letter, WIFI code or layout of property upon arrival and it went downhill from there. I will say Kayla was the only extremely helpful and customer oriented person at the property. The manager-Z., or at least what she called herself, needs to be trained in customer service, at a jail, not a place of hospitality! Please read the fine print before wasting your $$ here.

great.
Liked: Excelent acomodation for the price. We were in three adults and the sofa bed was perfect for one adult. We stay for 7 days and the hotel was the perfet choice in RTP area to accomodate us all. Also there is no charge for receive amazon or other packeges.
Disliked: The lack of a front dest 24/7 is a problem if you want to leave early and come back late at night, prepare your schedule accordly if you want to ask towels change or extra pillows or contact the 24/7 on call service.
