Exceptional

Nice hotel, unprofessional staff.

Liked: Room was very spacious with full size appliances. Courtyard was very nice with grilling options. Ac worked great. Everything was very clean and quiet. Lots of dining options nearby. On-site laundry was great and easy to use.
Disliked: We were woken up by someone using a pressure washer at 7 am in one of the upstairs rooms. We couldn't push the luggage cart to our car because there were water hoses all over the ground and sidewalk. When I went to check out the doors to the lobby were locked even though the hours said open, an employee was inside watching videos on her phone not attending to guest. She watched me go to every door and didn't let me in. She acted annoyed when I knocked and she had to actually do some work. Laundry room was flooded on the floor and was slippery to walk in.

Disliked: Needed more towels, need someone in office at all times. Could not get luggage cart to take luggage out since office was closed.
