Liked: Staff was exceptional, rooms very comfortable and having use of a grill in courtyard was nice. Great idea for extended stays.We did not find anything else like it in the Jackson area. (we had to stay there for almost a month)
Disliked: The fire alarm system is less than desirable. If someone sets it off in their room it goes off in our room as well as all over facility. We all don't need to know someone doesn't know how to cook properly. There was too few clothes washing machines available at different times due to being out of order. Adding more or fixing faster would solve that.

Liked: Location . Day shift person seemed more concerned than the late shift personnel.
Disliked: Housekeeping. Bugs and hair in bed. Noisy Air Conditioner fan came on in the morning and it sound like an !8 wheeler was outside. Heard people walkiing around late at night and early morning. heard alarm from next door foe about 15 to 20 minutes before it turned off, do not believe anyone was next door. We were moved to a new room after the bug ans hair in bed condition, but garbage was still under the sink
