Great location , comfortable apt,...

Liked: Location was a block away from the mall and many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Set up was kitchen , living room , bathroom and bedroom area. Loved the coffee machine in lobby for cappuccino.
Disliked: Air ducts were dirty and when ac was running debris was falling on our bed. We complained about this they changed the filter but the actual ducts needed cleaning. Had to close the vents in bedroom so debris wouldn’t fall on our faces while sleeping. It was greenish gray chunks. Not anything to cook items in oven- no pans? Very few dishes also.

Great room with kitchen for...

Liked: Extra space, kitchen, parking. Overall you really can't beat the value for the price but there were some negative things.
Disliked: These are the things that lowered my score. Too cheap to provide basic supplies such as no paper towels in the kitchen. So when you make a mess in the kitchen you have no way to clean it up until you go to the store.Only one hand towel in the bathroom. Not adequate when room service is only one day a week.Soap (body wash) dispenser in the shower was almost empty when I checked in on a Friday night. With no room service until the following Friday I had to find someone on day one to give me more. Shampoo and soap should be fully topped off before every check in.No luggage racks anywhere so you have to live with all of the suitcases on the floor which was annoying. Also no dresser in the bedroom to use drawers which would have been nice for a 9 day stay like mine. There were shelves in the closet but not adequate for more than one person.Laundry room had no single wash detergent packs to buy. So I had to buy an entire small jug from the store just to do one load of laundry.No place to dispose of garbage on the first floor. Had to go up to the second floor to the trash room.

I would give this hotel...

Liked: The manger is very friendly and hands on. Someone even texted me on check in day to let me know my room was ready if I needed early check in. The property is very clean, quiet and the rooms are very spacious like a one bedroom apartment.
Disliked: I’m not crazy about the front parking lot but there is a larger parking lot in the back.
