Liked: Location was ok for someone with a car to travel. Had sofa bed as well as 2 x double. Also had kitchen to prepare small food.
Disliked: Check in was over an hour later than the normal check in. Sound proofing from upper levels wasn’t the best. WIFI and TV facilities were not correctly functioning during our stay (which was 9 days) so with kids that wasn’t helpful when travelling in small spaces.Boiling water (steam) set off smoke alarm as no exhaust over cooktop. Basic/minimal equipment to cook, no chopping board in our room.

Disliked: Staff not always available when needed. Noise overnight prohibited sleep.

Liked: The front desk person Nina was excellent. She was very friendly & very helpful. She is the first person to greet us & was very good at her job. I have been to several hotels & Nina is an asset to your company.
