Disliked: Mantienance of the building could be better, pool wasn't working if you have it fixed if not working do not advertise in the amenities. Hope next time everything works because it is great location.

Disliked: Everything, The entrance to the building and the stairs were dirty and the floor smelled bad.When I tried to open the assigned room, someone answered me from inside and it was supposed to be empty because of my reservation.

Disliked: The bathroom is very dirty had hair in the shower.. The blanquet had hair and some animals. Not refund the deposit fee yet.

Disliked: I accidentally left my ID in the hands of the receptionist. To date, I have not been able to recover it. They have not made any effort to contact me. I have written several emails and made several phone calls, but I have not been able to recover my ID.

Don't stay here.

Liked: I went in to check into this "hotel," and noticed lots of people hanging out outside their first floor extended stay rooms. There were also kids running in the parking lot, and one kid was riding a bike without watching where he was going. It looked like a homeless shelter.I went to check in, and the clerk said she would give me a key to go check out my room to make sure it was to my satisfaction before continuing with the final check in (I'd never done this before, and i travel often). On my way to the room (on the second floor with no elevator), all I could smell was Marijuana in the air. I did not feel safe walking to and from the room so I went back to the front desk and said I was not staying at the hotel because of all the people and kids hanging out outside, the smell of Marijuana, and the fact there was no elevator to get to the second floor (my husband cannot do stairs). The clerk also said there was going to be a $100 deposit charged when we checked in, and it would be refunded 3-5 business days. What is this? What a scam! The clerk said she could not cancel my reservation, because she had already checked me in (so why was i sent to the room to approve it?). Then, because she had already finalized my check in, she could not refund me, and I would have to take it up with Booking.com. My husband subsequently booked a room 2/10 a mile down the road, and we stayed there. When he was checking in, he told the clerk about the "hotel" we just came from, and she said there were shootings at that hotel all the time. I'm glad I didn't risk my life and my husband's life by staying at that hotel.
