Stayable Suites Kissimmee West

Awesome place to stay. We will stay there again and very close to everything.

Liked: Clean; large; well managed and very polite staff.
Disliked: No iron in the room.

It was fine

Liked: It was quite. The bed and pillow were nice and comfy. The shower was good.
Disliked: The room was fair had to wash the floor because my wife went to bed with very dirty feet, didn't know till morning. Had to have the dead bolt fixed.

Never staying there again

Liked: Nothing,I pay for two nights but only stayed one but had to pay for the two nights.when I went to check in there was no one there for check in and they had signs on doors to call a number for someone to come but no one answered and waited there till midnight and no one ever came so I had to book one night with another hotel went the next day to see what happened just to be told that I never showed up and that I would not get refunded for the night ,I asked to speak to manager or corporate office and was denied the information.I even told them to check the cameras so they could see that I indeed went and early for the check in I was told rudely that someone was there waiting for me but that wasn’t True I waited a while but I had to leave to look for a hotel since I had my daughter with me and needed a place to stay since it was passed midnight
Disliked: Customer service and that they don’t let you know ahead of time that the lobby would be close and no one would be there for check in. Expect you to get there and call someone so they can come check you in but don’t even answer the phone

Liked: The price was affordable and the location was great
Disliked: I didn’t like the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink being the same and I did see a baby roach.
