Disliked: They had alot of roaches I slept in my car outside the room it was horrible in the bathroom behind the headboard on the ceiling on the wall on the bed it was absolutely a nightmare

Liked: The staff was respectful and apologies for any inconvience.
Disliked: The room we were assigned had no towels, the bathroom door won't close and there were bugs. The bugs were on the floor, celing and one went across my bed. By 11:00 pm we still did not have towel and when I went to the front desk to see if we could get a differenct it was closed. I rang the bell and waited 10 min with no help. So, decided I had enough so I packed up and left. We were only in the room for 2 hrs and you still charged me for the night. I am pretting easy going and was willing to overlook some things, the bathroom door, but no towels by 11 and bugs, no one to give us another room I had to leave. What was very disappointing was we stayed at this place once before and we found it to be a place we would stay at again. 11:30 at night we are looking for another place to stay after a long flight was totally unacceptable. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE BEING REFUNDED FOR THE 1ST NIGHT AS WELL SINCE WE WERE ONLY IN THE ROOM FOR 2 HRS.

Liked: No breakfast yet but I love the location. I come over on a Uber from the train and work around the corner.
Disliked: Go back to basic cable. Could not get CBS or fox and it kept getting stuck on the guide. Called and they helped get me back on a channel but soon stopped working again. Miss simple cable or even a digital antenna
