Horrible...like for Halloween

Liked: Nothing, terrible service, absent front desk assistant, wait more than 1 hour!! And no one showed up! Cancel booking! So angry. Smell like in hell!

Disliked: They did not offer cable television. They put me on the third floor with my disabled father. They didn't even offer streaming service I had to go out and buy a streaming device to have TV in my room.

Leave swimsuit pool not open,...

Liked: The only thing nice was the night employee!! Even though it took me waiting an hour and 45 minutes to be checked in with my family out in car waiting...I HAD TO GO WALK THE PROPERTY TO FIND EMPLOYEE WHO WAS LEFT TO RUN EVERYTHING ALONE !!! TOO MUCH FOR ONE PERSON !! when u walk in to check in after 5 NOBODY IS THERE !! But a note saying call or text this number and we be right there... I CALLED BUT IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED EVERY TIME CUZ CALLS WERE NOT CONNECTING ...THE NUMBER WAS NO GOOD.. TEXTS WERE NOT REPLIED TO EITHER !! Another man was ahead of me who had been waiting even longer than me. It also stated upon booking that pool was open ...IT WAS NOT !! ITS PERMIT WAS NOT APPROVED SO IT WAS CLOSED !!! YET THEY ADVERTISED THE POOL !!! The walls and flooring are in bad bad shape.. Also roaches got in my grandkids $15 meals so they didn't get to eat them !! I killed two and wrapped in napkin and gave it to front desk bat checkout .. NO APOLOGY ..NOTHING ...EXCEPT SHE GAVE AN ATTITUDE FOR ME BRINGING IT TO HER ATTN ( Different employee than night before) !! Like I said the only thing nice was the poor lady left to work everything in that hotel alone the night before!!! To the lawyer guy I was told who just bought it ... My man, you owe me at minimum a partial refund and my kids meals paid for !!!
Disliked: The nice over worked night employee.. I can not blame her for all put on her that is impossible for one person to do.

Liked: Nothing absolutely nothing is nothing like the pictures don’t go. It’s gonna piss you off. They’re nasty. They got black mold growing and they try to cover it up. I wanna get mad when you wanna leave. I have cancer and they will not even give us our money back.
Disliked: Nothing, they have designated smoking areas, but yet the people that were there are walking around, pushing their carts with cigarettes hanging out of their mouth
