Disliked: This is another site that advertise features that they don't have then they tell customers like myself they're going to refund my money due to the false advertising the pool was closed since the pandemic they have not reopened it the site manager agreed to give me my money back for your charge no cancellation fees but it's been over a week now and I'm being dragged and I'm being told that I can't get my money back because they said I canceled but it was not need to cancel it was the site manager who understood that I stated that I you decide believing it was a pool but there was no pool so I never stayed I can't judge room or property where I never stayed
