Disliked: What a terrible experience out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Checked in at 3, left to go have dinner for my daughters birthday, came back around 10:30 pm, Had a spider in our bed… texted the front desk, they sent someone up to “look at the room” lady walks in with her phone flash light looking around, then as they’re leaving I move a pillow on the same bed and there’s 2 flying kind of bugs with wings, so I showed them and the guy comes over picks it up with his fingers and smushes it and then just leaves. No nothing. Disgusting. No nothing to make it better. Offered a new room before they came up to look, no thank you. Once I see bugs in my bed I no longer want to stay anywhere on the property in any room. Not going to let my kids sleep in that kind of filth. Not to mention there was no extra toilet paper, just half a roll that was on there already, tub was dirty and gross. Room smelt like smoke. So we left. Talked to the property manager, of course no offer of a refund. This is why they do non refundable because once you’ve booked you have no choice but to sleep with creepy crawlers in your bed or lose your money. What a joke. I’ve never had to write a bad review, but this one was definitely deserved.DO NOT STAY HERE.-Angry Mom

Liked: The bathrooms had been recently updated and were extremely clean.
Disliked: The property wasn’t prepared for my check in on time. Originally saying they were waiting on sheets and they’d be ready in an hour but after several more hours they weren’t so we were moved to a different room where we had no towels for 2 days of our stay despite asking for some several times.

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: No shower curtain, no trash can, and only 2 towels when we booked for 4 people. The room smelt like smoke.

Disliked: Charging my credit card a security deposit, a day after i checked out, when it should just be a hold. And, then refunding me three days later and for different amount.

Disliked: The bed it was really uncomfortable plus I’m found a lot hair in the bed . The cleaning it’s terrible
