Disliked: The cards to enter the room would sometimes malfunction and there only one woman running the desk...and the process to check in took awhile like 30 mins...so some disorganization

Liked: It was a good location along Route 16, which takes you right into St. Augustine's historic Center, they had a pool, and it was quiet.
Disliked: The check-in procedure was a little strange. As soon as I booked the room, they called and emailed asking what time I would arrive because no one is there after 9:00 p.m. So, I rushed to get there on time, but no one was there when I arrived. I had to make a few calls and send a few texts. I was about ready to cancel when a guy appeared and checked us in. He was very nice, and some things may have been beyond their control. For one thing, it looks like their normal office area was temporarily closed due to the highway construction. They also may be experiencing the same staffing shortages that a lot of the country is experiencing.

I WON'T BE BACK AND...

Liked: PAID FOR BIG SCREEN TV AND WIFI AND THERE WAS NONE! THE CLERK KNEW IT WASN'T WORKING AND DID NOT TELL ME. ADDITIONALLY THERE WAS NO CLERK IN THE OFFICE FOR AT LEAST HALD AN HOUR AND 6 PEOPLE WERE LINED UP WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET THERE. BOB SMITH
