Very poor

Disliked: The bed it was really uncomfortable plus I’m found a lot hair in the bed . The cleaning it’s terrible

It was not a great...

Liked: The check in process was smooth.
Disliked: The bathroom had no ventilation fan. The office didnt open at 9. I waited over an hour until someone opened the door. I called 3 times, left a voice mail, and also left text messages on the website and I was waiting for awhile because I needed to check out early.

will never stay or use...

Disliked: No toilet paper, No towels..check in was a nightmare...printer etc did not work. Never ever had to review room and report back before check in. When we found no toilet paper and towels. They gave us toilet paper but they said they had to check with management about giving towels...had to use our beach towels to shower. Felt like thieves. We just wanted to sleep and get out ASAP in the am

We exspected better nothing more...

Liked: When we arived our room was not ready , our sheets were wet on our bed, and thier were vagrents hanging out all trough the area of the parking lott. We had a man doing drugs rite outside his door that was rite nxt to ours...and our chilldren were three doors down from us , we couldent let kids go swimming in pool.. thiere were homless ppl hanging about...we left the very nxt morning on the 17th,,, this was our 18thwedding anerversary....it was the worst .
Disliked: Our familey was very disapointed..thier was not one good thing about our what was sapost to be a happy weekend

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: The images are misleading it appears that there are at least decent sheets or blankets but you get the oldest most raggedy blankets probably from the 80s. I went to Walmart and bought myself a new comforter just to sleep the two nights I stayed there for work.
Disliked: DIRTY and GHETTO. I don’t know how you can clean a space and leave massive dust clumps and cobwebs. Clearly it’s not clean. God forbid a woman stays here as you are going to be stared down by the creepy men that appear to live there full time, you can hear people yelling at their children and can smell marijuana entering through the vents from the rooms next to yours throughout the night
