nice staff, needs upgrades

Liked: it was quiet. the staff was nice, gentle and caring, attentive and respectful. there was no breakfast that I saw. they had a coffee thermos and a hot water thermos with some teas in the lobby.
Disliked: the location, I think, couldn't be helped. unless you're downtown it seems you're in the middle of nowhere in Montgomery, esp. if you're not driving. there was a persistent dampness to the room so I was never comfortable. I think the room was clean but the carpet and furnishings were so old and worn that it was hard to be certain. it sits behind an abandoned gas station.
