All round good hotel for a one or two night stay in Manchester.

Liked: Hotel is situated close to the Phones 4u Arena which makes it a great location if you're going to a concert.
Disliked: Window didn't seem to close properly .

Had a meal in the restaurant on the evening of arrival. Food selection and taste was excellent. Room ready, spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be re-visiting and recommending our friends do the same. Ideally situated for Victoria Station and the Phones 4 U Arena. Thank you, we had a brilliant experience.

Liked: The location is perfect very close to all the city amenities, room is spacious for myself and family and clean and staff are very friendly

Extremely good for the price,...

Liked: Staff pleasant and helpful, room small but functional and clean, breakfast okay but not exceptional.
Disliked: £12 is a lot for a fairly average breakfast. The lack of a lift is a little unfortunate. My room was at the side of the hotel on the Ring Road which meant that it was quite noisy with the window open but the windows were exceptional at blocking the noise and there is a fan which helps on a warm night.
