All round good hotel for a one or two night stay in Manchester.

Liked: Hotel is situated close to the Phones 4u Arena which makes it a great location if you're going to a concert.
Disliked: Window didn't seem to close properly .

Had a meal in the restaurant on the evening of arrival. Food selection and taste was excellent. Room ready, spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be re-visiting and recommending our friends do the same. Ideally situated for Victoria Station and the Phones 4 U Arena. Thank you, we had a brilliant experience.

As described. Great location. No...

Liked: Great location. Clean room.
Disliked: No air con, only fan. Very small bathroom. Extractor cover in bathroom no extractor fan so door left open for ventilation. Bath towel not sheet and face flannel only supplied, despite asking for a hand towel. No lift. No room service on a 2 night stay.

Liked: Easy to locate, modern style, on-site secure car park, friendly reception and comfortable room.Bright & pleasant dining room and a lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really - we only stayed overnight but everything we experienced was fine.

Devastating would never come back

Liked: Nothing !
Disliked: Absolutely devastating hotel. Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower never Worked. It was supposed to be for 3 adults and they cramped us in a double room and just threw out a sofa bed. Not good facilities and would not rate this
