All round good hotel for a one or two night stay in Manchester.

Liked: Hotel is situated close to the Phones 4u Arena which makes it a great location if you're going to a concert.
Disliked: Window didn't seem to close properly .

Had a meal in the restaurant on the evening of arrival. Food selection and taste was excellent. Room ready, spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be re-visiting and recommending our friends do the same. Ideally situated for Victoria Station and the Phones 4 U Arena. Thank you, we had a brilliant experience.

Liked: Wanted a comfy place to stay as we were going to the Arena and as we have stayed here before we knew what to expect Good value
Disliked: Now a little tired around the edges especially in the bathroom, tight on space but it was only for one night so not really a problem

Liked: Stayed a couple of times now on nights out. It's good value and clean and tidy.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking now but it's only 8 quid a night. You also need to book a parking space to be guaranteed one.

Basic and disappointing

Liked: The location is close to town and staff friendly
Disliked: The sheets were dirty, the shower had mould, the bathroom was small. Our toilet was broken however they did come and fix it the next day.

Liked: Room although small was comfy
Disliked: Rooms were a little noisy

Disliked: The bathroom was small the beds was tiny and uncomfortable and I was getting bit while asleep in the night
