I liked that the rooms and halls were clean.

Liked: Clean; breakfast good; cleaning staff friendly. I liked their soaps and shampoo dispensers, but you need two hands to squeeze.
Disliked: Beds too hard; you need a car to get anywhere and we travelled by train.

Liked: Clean and easily accessible to church and route home.
Disliked: Cracks in bathroom sink and tub. Purely cosmetic, but gave a low budget impression.

Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; quiet. I recommend this hotel for a stort stay.

Disliked: No elevator.

Liked: Room was really nice, clean, large and comfortable bed, big bathroom! Location isn’t beautiful - busy and room looked over a car park, but it’s convenient to get into Toronto and had a bunch of good food places around.

Liked: everything was great, the room was clean and fresh and everything worked. Breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from. Customer service was Great
Disliked: the only thing that could have been a little better was the pillows, they were a little to soft for me, so even with two pillows I found them very uncomfortable.
