I liked that the rooms and halls were clean.

Liked: Clean; breakfast good; cleaning staff friendly. I liked their soaps and shampoo dispensers, but you need two hands to squeeze.
Disliked: Beds too hard; you need a car to get anywhere and we travelled by train.

Liked: Clean and easily accessible to church and route home.
Disliked: Cracks in bathroom sink and tub. Purely cosmetic, but gave a low budget impression.

Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; quiet. I recommend this hotel for a stort stay.

Disliked: No elevator.

Nice; clean; courteous staff. Perfect location to stay for our conference at the Church on the Queensway.

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptionally clean room, super comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from.
Disliked: It exceeded my expectations! 10/10 would reccomend.

Perfect place for concerts

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, confortable!Perfect location if you are looking for a cheap room before a concert, about a 20min car ride to the Budweiser Stage.
Disliked: Rooms are a little bit noisy, you hear everything in the room next to you the moment people talk louder than the average person

Even better than we hoped...

Liked: Very clean, updated rooms with everything you need. No coffee/tea in rooms, but great coffee/tea available 24 hours in breakfast area. Great breakfast option variety. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Wonderful housekeeping service. Having glass glasses in the room was very nice. Easy access to all major roads.
Disliked: Nothing was missing from our stay.
