I liked that the rooms and halls were clean.

Liked: Clean; breakfast good; cleaning staff friendly. I liked their soaps and shampoo dispensers, but you need two hands to squeeze.
Disliked: Beds too hard; you need a car to get anywhere and we travelled by train.

Liked: Clean and easily accessible to church and route home.
Disliked: Cracks in bathroom sink and tub. Purely cosmetic, but gave a low budget impression.

Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; quiet. I recommend this hotel for a stort stay.

Disliked: No elevator.

Nice; clean; courteous staff. Perfect location to stay for our conference at the Church on the Queensway.

Comfy, meets the basic businesspersons...

Liked: Comfy rooms with plenty of space. Had to give a virtual presentation in the middle of my vacation and had no issue with WiFi and it was nice to have a proper desk to sit at in the king room.
Disliked: Breakfast was meh. I’d say average when compared to a chain hotel, but expected more from a hotel that markets itself as ‘boutique’
