Disliked: staff not helpful, hard access up stairs from car park, dingy little rooms, very basic and old.

Good choice of a hotel.

Liked: Close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shops, nice downtown!
Disliked: The female front desk staff, didn’t get her name, but she worked dayshift from June 16-18 , long black hair, filipino nationality. She was not friendly, not helpful, never smiled, never greeted us “hello, good morning”, even when we greeted her, rude. She seemed like she hated her job. Not good for Hawaii tourism. However, the female staff who checked us in at 3am on June16 was awesome. Asked her name but now forgot.

Disliked: The room so so small, the bathroom you could not get dressed in as it was so smallNo chair to sit on, no bedside table for the second bedWe had to move the bed up against the wardrobe so the we didn’t loose the pillows It was not big enough to lay your suitcase out

Good but noisy

Liked: Location, cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Very noisy room - noise from the street, from the old AC and from the inhouse Karaoke Bar, difficult to sleep without earbuds
