Nice staff and cozy room

Liked: Very nice and polite staff. Cozy room. I could store my luggage for free after checkout.
Disliked: The work desk of the room is too small and it is not comfortable to work. The window of the room was not closing properly.

Exceptional

Liked: We were a bit worried at first because of a few negative reviews, but the accommodation turned out to be the exact opposite. We stayed on the fifth floor, and everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a truly relaxing stay. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness!

Liked: Location is great and there is a bus just outside the hotel that can take you anywhere and another line 3 min walking from the hotel. Also, there are rental bikes and scooters nearby.
Disliked: The cleaners could be a bit sharper. Some little details could make a difference, like cleaning the corners inside the shower area and between the tiles. But overall it was clean enough.

Liked: Nice room with lots of space. Aircon and big tv with several English stations. Centrally located, only 2km walk to Alfama, Pink and Green streets etc.
Disliked: No milk for tea and coffee, or any creamer sachets.
