Liked: Breakfast was cold and not very much choice
Disliked: We were given a room...went to room someone else in that room we walked in they weren't there...that was a ggod thing I guess.....we left went back to reception and received another room and we got walked in on by someone else at 12 at night.We were in bed and.got woken out of our sleep...ridiculous...

Liked: It was confidently located for our next day departure from the Lisbon airport
Disliked: Your website stated there was a shuttle service to the airport. Upon arrival your staff relayed to me that there was no shuttle. When I asked for some ice they relayed to me they did not have any. Not very accomodating..

Liked: The bed was comfortable enough.
Disliked: Neither of the main lights worked and there was no maintenance person available to fix. The hotel was full booked so I couldn’t even be switched to another room. When I raised this with reception (while they were polite) their undertaking to have the manager contact me never eventuated.

Disliked: Slow service check in.Bathroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser

Liked: Beds comfortable
Disliked: Half the lights didn't work, walls and table all banged up. Noisy. No restaurant for evening meals and staff not educated on where to refer patrons. I'm sure most people ask where to eat. Staff should know at least 3 to 4 places to refer for dinner and directions.
