Hamburg is a city to...

Liked: We liked the location next to the train station sice we were going to move to other places. We liked the room and the service.
Disliked: The people at the front desk. We ask for tourist directions and the ladie at the desk was not friendly. For foreigners, some times we relay on people at the hotel, this was not the case, she told us to look in the train station.

Nice stay - and confortable...

Liked: Place is clean, the staff are charming. Have a parking underground. The breakfast is amazing Turkey style. And the surrounding are full or good middle eastern restaurants. Is close to the city center 10 min walking.
Disliked: Overall was a good experience

Liked: Breakfast is as valuable which pays for the hotel
Disliked: Parking was not the same entrance from the hotel, should drive to other building and then enter parking which was confusing.I arrived at the hotel and my room was not ready at 14:30. Why check out is 15:00 and check in is 11:00?

Exceptional

Liked: Everything! Including friendly staff, clean room+cleaning, service (water, tea, coffee), beautiful room and comfortable bed, avilability of kettle and cups for brushing teeth. There was everything we as travelers need. This hostel was the best we have ever stayed. Best recommendations and our gratitude!
Disliked: Just a little recommendation to provide slippers to make the stay the most perfect!
