Kristian, Great Falls, visiting The Factory in Deep Ellum

My trip to Dallas was excellent, minus the hotel. This was by far the worst and scariest hotel I've ever stayed at. It definitely gave me some scary stories to tell my friends at home.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Room had an awful stench. Breakfast wasn't allowed to be taken to your room (???); wiFi was comparable to 90s dial-up speeds. Exterior looked as if it was a pay by the hour motel.

Kind staff. Would not stay...

Liked: It was a place to stay.
Disliked: Pictures online are either old or not the rooms. Filthy outside. Signs posted asking people not to hang out side their rooms. Rooms are old, needs paint, and a good wash. Property is listed as near downtown, it is not at all.

Drugs and homeless

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was getto...drugs, homeless and was,blocked in the parking lot from a drug deal.....ended up not even staying the night due to door wouldn't shut so it was unsecure. Nope. Nope. Nope.

I would of preferred no...

Disliked: The room was dirty floors didn't look like they got mopped in a long time or if they do the mop is dirty as hell. Roaches, baby roaches and roaches in the room, bathroom etc. The exterior could use a good power washing to it to clean the dirt off of everything. Lots of homeless around with there camps set up behind 711 which sits in front of hotel. You could probably find anything you wanted in anyone of some of those rooms people where in. The sheets had stains on them not sure if they were clean or dirty.
