Liked: I was VERY grateful to be given an early check in on a very dreary wet day when it was much nicer to be inside and preferably under the covers! Lovely room, fantastic location, friendly staff! Loved the view over the Corso. Appreciate the ability to leave a bag in storage after check out, too.
Disliked: Nothing, it was great!

Disliked: I could not stay in the room as the air conditioning was so hot and the temperature unbearable. I approached the staff to request an alternative room with properly functioning air conditioning or even a window but they said nothing was available. They were not helpful in trying to resolve the issue and in the end I left the hotel as it was so hot I was unable to remain in the room due to the heat. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the conditions and the lack of customer service.

Liked: Great location opposite Manly beach and right on main Corso. Easy to get there from airport via train to Circular Quay and ferry to Manly. Included brekky was far better than we expected in a hotel accommodation.
Disliked: Was all very good the only minor thing was we had trouble with heater, but was o.k. eventually.
