Great location, nice staff, just...

Liked: Great location, easy access to everything in Manly. Breakfast included and on the beach is a beautiful spot.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable, woke with sore neck. Saturday night dance party goes to around 3am and while they have tried to double glazed windows, the bass penetrates every part of the hotel.

Disliked: There was no hot water for the duration of our stay.
