Liked: I stayed here twice on my trip and I liked the first room that I stayed in: on the 4th floor in the section of the hotel at the back. It was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I appreciated the laundry facilities and the proximity to a nice restaurant that has a connecting door to the hotel. The staff were efficient and nice.
Disliked: I didn't like the ground floor room I had on my second stay at the hotel. It was near where people smoke in the courtyard, close to the lobby (loud) and also overlooking the vehicle entrance/exit. I did not feel safe having the window open with just a screen next to the vehicle driveway. The room was very small and smelled strongly of cleaning products. I would stay at the hotel again but I would be more careful about what type of room I book and definitely not select the smallest/cheapest room.Also: the WiFi was not very reliable. It kept quitting and was never very strong even when functioning.

Safe and close to amenities

Liked: The hotel was clean, safe and close to amenities within the town centre. It offered a laundry room, restaurant, and pool. Whilst I'm a little disappointed in some aspects of my experience, the hotel ticked all the boxes for a solo, female traveller with 3 days downtime between hikes.
Disliked: I did not have wifi for the total duration of my stay, and the hot water was basically just a drip coming out of the shower head. Would have to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up and then use the cold water to get some kind pressure to even have a shower.I could feel the Springs in the mattress of the double bed, and the light shades had a million dead bugs in them. No bin in the bathroom. The table in the room also looked like people have been using it to deck out their cigarettes. The room clearly needs an upgrades to match the facades.
