Liked: The buffet dinner was a huge success and food was delightful ..
Disliked: The noise all night outside my room was disappointing ...the smoking area needs to be placed elsewhere on the grounds

Worst Front Desk person

Liked: Most aspects of the hotel were satisfactory — the location, cleanliness, and facilities were all quite good. Several staff members were friendly and helpful, including the front desk receptionist, with one notable exception.Unfortunately, one receptionist — a slim young woman wearing glasses — stood out for all the wrong reasons. She was unhelpful not only to me but also to other guests in our group. She repeatedly refused requests without checking or making any effort to assist. In contrast, when I approached a gentleman at the reception with the same request, he was courteous, responsive, and promptly resolved the issue.The hotel would benefit from employing more staff like him and reconsidering the attitude and suitability of staff like the aforementioned receptionist.
