Liked: The facility is excellent Good restaurant and bar Good leisure centreNice grounds to walk round
Disliked: Room, although very nice was starting to look a bit tired bathroom ceiling could do with a lick of paint

Pool & simple stay

Liked: Beautiful swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.
Disliked: No customer service. You just get a hello. No one on the desk to check in on arrival. Food on the walls in the bedroom. Bathroom sealant was old and mouldy.

Disliked: There were no USB charging points, hairdryer and a few more tea and coffee items would be good

Liked: Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable vibe. massive car park (they need it).
Disliked: 10:30am early checkout is unforgivable. The very earliest you should be asked to check out of a hotel is midday IMO (Premier Inn/Travelodge can manage that). It used to be standard that you could check out at most good hotels at 1pm... We've allowed hotels to bring that forward and then try to rinse us for more money for a 'late' checkout.
