Fantastic location, Comfortable stay

Liked: The location is great. You can walk to anything in South Lake. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: The bed was a little soft but the room was comfy.

Overpriced & undervalued

Disliked: Everything, extremely over priced for a hotel that has great reviews I expected a lot more. Our rooms walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbors yelling and above us we heard them take every step..Our shower nor our sink would drain properly, mold in the shower and had an awful smell. A fully booked weekend for the hotel so we couldn’t change rooms or get a discount?? we tried to stay out of our room as much as possible. Not worth your money at all.
