Liked: The S'mores by the fire and complimentary wine were very appreciated. Being Aussie travellers, we met some lovely people around the fire (who taught us how to S'more).
Disliked: People having to pay for beach access. It was not an issue for us, and was no reflection on the hotel.

Relaxing, had everything i needed

Liked: Good location. Breakfast good. Comfortable beds. Rustic fun location.
Disliked: I am 74 and would have preferred a 1st floor room. I had to carry my luggage up steps. I could do it, but is made me nervous coming downstairs. Also i paid $100 more than my cousin. He got his room through travigo. That did not sit well with me.

Disliked: The room was dark. Lighting seemed not adequate or low

The location was great but...

Liked: Location proximity to Harvey’s outdoor theater
Disliked: The floor was filthy; no soap; no extra towels; the lighting was absolutely terrible – very dark in the room and the light in the bathroom had a horrible loud fan attached in the only other light was the heated lamp

Liked: Location was great - 5 mins walk from the town and the beach. Great walking routes near by. Offers tea/ coffee, snacks, and cereal/ yoghurts every morning, as well as a complimentary welcome drink. We didn’t realise we had to pay to use the beach, however if you stay at the hotel they give you 50% off tickets. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Great pool area with a hot tub however there are not enough sun beds. They have Cabanas but you have to pay $40 to use.
