Liked: Good food,friendly and helpful staff,large bedroom.
Disliked: Old fashioned, in need of an upgrade.

A family friendly hotel.

Liked: Despite being a bit old-fashioned, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, from the greeting and booking in on arrival to the housekeeping and waiting teams. The breakfasts were delicious, as were the evening meals on offer, especially the beer battered haddock!Portsoy is a beautiful place.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Friendly, welcoming service. Remembered me from previous visit last year too. Just like staying at a friend's place. Great evening meal and superb breakfast.

Lovely hotel

Liked: The hotel was really nice, the room very clean. Breakfast was delicious too. Special mention to the staff who were really nice and happy to chat. We also forgot 2 personal items in the room and they went above and beyond to get them back to us! We are really grateful.
