Great value for money

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money, especially considering it was during a public holiday.
Disliked: The curtain in the disability bathroom is broken

Disgraceful act

Disliked: The dog or cat hair everywhere in between the sheets couldn’t sleep in the bed . It was midnight when we got ready to go to sleep hair everywhere.we asked for a free night the next day which was denied by the manager.the sheets were not changed at all.the bed was not made after the last people left not changed .disgraceful act !

Stayed once never again!!!!!

Liked: Not much to like except the beer was cold in the bar. Food ordinary, rooms not cleaned, beds sagging, outside areas not clean.
Disliked: Beds were terrible. The rooms were not clean. The verandah walk way over the entire length was covered in cigarette butts on first floor. Dirty cups and saucers left on outside tables, Out of three meals purchased from bistro area on the night of the stay only two were adequate, do not order the roast pork!!!. Loud music was played by another guest until late in the night in their room. I would not stay there again. 1 star out of 5 for the stay. If I could give a score below one I would.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms, being told on arrival that our room that we booked had been changed by management without any consultation. Staff were happy to move rooms around so we could be next to friends.
