Lovely base to walk around...

Liked: Room was a lovely mix of modern and cozy aesthetics. Very functional despite its size. Really appreciated the pillows choice with different thickness! Hair drier and good quality of shower products are also nice touch.Bathroom was surprisingly big.Staff was lovely, took every extra care to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They like dogs and are genuinely helpful in making them feel at ease (e.g. trying to leave some space for each dog between tables, bringing treats, etc).Breakfast was delicious and we stayed for dinner too (not included) - delicious and comfy food and decently priced. Good choices of beers too.Dog note: I have a small dog and could fit its blanket in the coat niche. For bigger dog I'd recommend asking for a bigger room.
Disliked: Outside our room there was a neighbour Heat pump which was a bit noisy - just worth bringing a pair of ear plug just in case.

Liked: Rooms was nice and hotel is generally nice
Disliked: Room 2 has the kitchen extractor fan outside the room, this is fairly noted in the description however we missed this… it didn’t turn off apart from around four in the morning. It’s very noisy and perhaps shouldn’t be charged at the same rate as the other rooms. We literally had no sleep due to the noise which is a shame because the room and facilities were lovely

Disliked: There was nothing not to like. There was no parking but you can park in the square which is not even a two minute walk
