Liked: Very clean, comfortable, quiet accommodation in a convenient location between the rail station and town.
Disliked: Breakfast not available until 8am at weekends (could have done with fresh milk for cereal being available from 7:30)

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Perfect location, parking, clean and tidy rooms, with little home comfort extras that made it homely but without clutter. An easy no hassle stay! Friendly and welcoming. Thanks very much

Super convenient and we’ll definitely...

Liked: Fab location for getting to the NEC for a gig and really helpful host. Nice breakfast room downstairs and breakfast things which we could help ourselves to. Really loved the trees at the back of the property.

Lovely place to stay !

Liked: Very friendly folk and really clean rooms !Teresa was lovely and smiley !The b and b parking facilities saved alot of faffing and it's close to the town centre ..
Disliked: For the weary and tired traveller, a kettle in the rooms would be ideal ! We're hugely sociable people ,but needed a bit of 'phew' time after a long drive !
