Very good

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Very nice neighbourhood. Easy to get around with public transport, no problem travelling to Rotterdam, Schiphol airport and Amsterdam.

Successful

Liked: Good buffet selection coffee, cakes fruits bread and cheese .The location is accessible by public transport.
Disliked: Nothing really apart from the rain.

Disliked: The lady’s attitude. Terrible customer service, if you’re used to helpful staff, do not bother coming here. Feeling like you’re bothering them. I paid for my stay - so I except to be treated with respect.Very bad attitude, especially with the condescending tone. This hotel is not suitable for disabled people, there is no elevator. It’s not specified. Room does not have any sound proofing. No kettle in the room even tho I asked and it should be there. The door’s lock is terrible better to not lock it at all instead of risking locking yourself inside.

Nice hotel in residential area

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast, easy, quiet, calm, comfy bed, clean.
Disliked: Shared toilet is always an issue, but knew it when booking. Location in a residential area between centre and the beach, but nice area and good connections. Hague on the whole is expensive.
