Disappointing.

Disliked: 1. Room keys did not work. Took 3 attempts before they did.2. Sewage odor in bathroom.3. Big dead roach in corner.4. 1 decaf coffee packet only.

Liked: This hotel is a work in progress but is getting significantly better now that it was bought by Wyndham. Its location is superb for those working in downtown and the staff is friendly and motivated to see it succeed. It's not yet where it should be but it's on the way and is clean

Liked: The front desk manager was kind and tried to help us with things like extra bedding and towels, when whoever was working the rooms failed to do stock it properly. They also didn’t give us any additional pillows for all five of us. There was a variety of breakfast items included with the price.
Disliked: The room was not as expected, the pull out sofa was dirty with no mattress protection and only fit one of our kids. The room was not equipped with extra bedding or pillows, there were only two towels in the bathroom and we booked as a family of five. The ceiling was falling apart in several places from water damage. We had use sofa cushions to make shift a bed for our son due to the sofa bed being so small.
