It was okay but not...

Liked: Location, beds were comfortable
Disliked: Needed a refresh, no hair dryer in room, coffee maker broken, no coffee in lobby, front desk short staffed

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Great location right next to the Capitol Building and in walking distance to the other attractions (10-20 minutes leisurely walk), free parking, very nice Front Desk personnel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good enough for a free breakfast. There were eggs and sausages, toasts, fruits, juices, cereals, coffee/tea. I don't believe anyone went away hungry.
Disliked: I had to ask Front desk for amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/soap. Because they weren't in the room on arrival.

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Our A/C didn’t work well and was very loud. There is a loud train that comes through every hour throughout the night. We didn’t have soap or shampoo in our roomAt 930am with the do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping knock on our door. The shower curtain was too short causing water to go on the floor.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t friendly, I had no blow dryer or toiletries. I asked the front desk at 8am and was told I would have to wait till housekeeping showed up.

Below average compared to how...

Disliked: The property has gone down hill since I last stayed there a year ago. No tolietries in the room, only decaf coffee option in the room. The bathroom floor was missing tiles and the lounge chair in the room had a badly stained seat cushion. The bed was very comfortable though.

Great location and staff!

Liked: Great location. Huge room. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was wonderful!!
Disliked: Breakfast was until 10:00. We arrived at 9:30 and some items were gone. Nothing was restocked while we ate. I feel if breakfast is offered until 10:00 then everything should be available for those who would like to sleep in a bit.
