Fun stay! Manager was so...

Liked: Manager was so helpful and so funny! Also, prompt when I came in for help. I love the furnishings in the lobby and the room! The lamps looked really cool and provided plenty of light. Also, there was an overhead light. Best lighting of any hotel I have ever been to!
Disliked: Would have liked bed to be a little more comfortable. I slept very well.

Nice motel but room should’ve...

Liked: Nice heated pool and spacious hot tub. Conveniently located to Saugatuck, Douglas, and South Haven. A/C worked well. Easy check in and out. Clean bathroom.
Disliked: Room ceiling had large, visible crack from wall to wall even after patching. Room had dehumidifier and an air purifier running all day & night (had to empty dehumidifier multiple times a day). Carpet felt damp but not sure if it was from A/C unit or just common humidity.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and the rooms and grounds were very clean!
Disliked: The pillows were terrible. Bring your own lol.

Liked: The owner is just the nicest man. You can tell he takes pride in his facility. It’s cute on the outside & rooms are spotless.
