Liked: The location and price were excellent. The desk clerk was fantastic. She was very friendly and super helpful. I'd love to come back in the summer and stay at this place.
Disliked: Definitely outdated. I got bit by a spider in my bed the first night. Big ugly one. But that was probably due to the lack of use in the room because it's off season. Not a big deal. It is Michigan.

Disliked: Having to go to the Thunderbird to check in. Had to return to our room to leave the key. Wish the sign had been up or we were informed at check in that the office wouldn’t be open until later in the day for key return.

Disliked: Must smelling, broken glass on the picture hanging above the bed, coffee maker had an electrical short in the cord

Liked: The cleaning staff were friendly, but overworked which showed in their results.
Disliked: The front desk women was very rude, the room was dirty. Wet dirty pillow case left on back of toilet. Broken lights, cracked mirror. Large spiders in room

Disliked: The air conditioning was extremely poor. Made for difficulty sleeping.

Liked: The location was good.. very accessible to the town's amenities. Drive up to the door for unloading luggage - very convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast..! No breakfast! Wi-fi was out in the town for about an hour, but was OK once restored. Hi had to call to find out as there was no access communicate with front desk. No phone in the room.
