Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located right across from a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and juices. My room was clean and comfortable, with no outside noise and a very cozy bed. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, kudos to the hotel for that thoughtful touch! The staff were all kind and welcoming, adding to an overall great stay.
Disliked: I experienced some difficulty connecting my work laptop to the internet, likely due to compatibility issues between my company's security settings and the hotel's public network.
