Liked: Property was perfectly located across Milan centrale where we caught a train from airport and were staying here for the night and next day catching train

Disliked: Hallways a little too dim. Dinner staff were not trained.

Convenient for the train station....

Liked: Great location over the road from Milan Central Station and close to two metro stations. The decor downstairs is modern and the oversize sofas are funThe room service food we ordered was goodThe staff were friendly and happy to store our bags after checkoutWe only stayed one night as a stopover and it was fine.
Disliked: The lobby is smallWe had two rooms. Unfortunately one smelled strongly of cigarettes and was looking very shabby including peeling wallpaper. The other one was fine.There was some confusion over payment for our room service order which resulted in a staff member knocking on the door of the children’s room very late requesting payment which was scary for them and annoying after a long day travelling. It wasn’t a problem with the credit card provided as this worked fine at checkout.

Cozy stay, convenient location, and...

Liked: Such a convenient location, literally across the street from the main train station in Milan, made travelling with our luggage extremely easy. Near a million scooters and bikes which made exploring very easy and the complimentary breakfast is brought straight to your room so you can eat in bed! Room is standard, cozy and clean. Very nice bathroom, and all the lighting and air conditioning, etc, are eco friendly and turn off when you leave – we love a eco-friendly hotel that actually cares!!!
Disliked: Hotel doesn't have a pool, only downside lol!

Great location for a short...

Liked: Central to station - super easy access & staff were super helpful and kind. A lovely hotel
Disliked: Guests in & out due to promixity to station made it nosy some of time. Walls a little thin

Brilliant location and informative staff...

Liked: This hotel is opposite Milan Centrale station - fantastic location for metro links and train links. Our flight was delayed and the trains cancelled so we got to the hotel late by bus and were greeted by Antionio who checked us in super fast, recommended a restaurant close by and made us a reservation. He made our start to our holiday brilliant. The restaurant he recommended knew we were coming and had our table ready for us. The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff wonderful and location spot on
