Disliked: Mosquitoes killed me! Only bad thing .. there can’t be THAT MANY mosquitoes in a room.

Liked: Very friendly and supportive staff, great location - tram literally 10 feets from the door and it's easy to reach city center.Breakfast was excelent, many choises. Room was spacious and tidy.Also, they allowed to leave a car after checkin.

Good bed, don’t go in...

Liked: The bed was excellent
Disliked: No air conditioning at 29 degrees is outrageous. You find air conditioning in cheap apartments in 3rd world countries. For a 4 star hotel it is not acceptable no matter how the weather was the past days.

Good room size and clean...

Liked: Good size room with fantastic bed. There was a closet to keep the luggage which kept the room tidy and clean. The view from the room was nice. There was a metro station right outside hotel to take us to center which was quite helpful. We found the hotel parking (which cannot be pre-booked) which helped not find the parking near by.
Disliked: Since we were on the top floor almost, it was hot. The AC would not work and we had to keep the windows open, but the morning noise forced us to close the windows. We asked hotel staff to turn the AC or provide us fan. They did provided the fan which helped us sleep better.

Nice comfortable hotel. I would...

Liked: We had a family room which was nice to have 2 connected rooms and 2 bathrooms! It was at the end of the hall so very quiet. It also had a parking lot which was nice to have as we rented a car. There was a grocery store next store so it was very convenient. The staff was nice. They also took our luggage early and put them in our room once it was available. That way we could travel and not worry about luggage staying in the rented vehicle. Also, the tram station was right in front so it was easy to go downtown by transit.
Disliked: Nothing.

recommended for travelers who wants...

Liked: nice hotel. clean and comfortable room. friendly staff. the location of the hotel is 10 min away from the Florence central station and away from the tourist chaos. there are lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
