Liked: Location was perfect, very clean, helpful staff, restaurant food was excellent (but overpriced)
Disliked: The high cost of the restaurant, very expensive.Parking charges were €30/day quite high compared to €20/day in other parts of Italy .

Rather disappointed for a Starhotels...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was also good. Staff tried to do their best.
Disliked: Room was not ready at guaranteed check-in time. Approach by management was rather lacking in trying to explain the delay. Other than that the staff did try their best.Accessibility is a challenge with steps to go into the hotel and also breakfast with 2 levels.

Disliked: Upon our arrival, we stopped in front of the hotel and were directed to access the car park to unload our bags from the underground entrance. Unfortunately, this experience was quite distressing. The car park itself was dark, had an extremely low ceiling, and felt unsafe. Signage was poor, making it unclear which way to go to reach the entrance. To make matters worse, there was a homeless person near the gate who was screaming at us as we entered, which added to our sense of fear and confusion.The whole situation was extremely unsettling and left us feeling quite traumatised. We expected a more welcoming and secure arrival experience, especially from a hotel of this standard.

Liked: Elegant property. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff pleasant and helpful. Our room was an “L” shape. AC only cooled down one part of the room. Luckily, they had a fan and set that up for us to cool the other part of the room.
Disliked: Weak AC

Liked: Comfortable beds, great sized room for the 3 of us, pillow menu, and added bonus. Good breakfast and restaurant were delicious. Excellent location for us, too.
