Superb

Liked: We were given a room on floor 1. Honestly, it feels like a basement room. We asked to be moved, and a day later, we were moved to floor 7. Excelent! Very complete breakfast. Comfortable bed and shower. Everything was great. The location was great for local shopping, and we walked to the Central Station in 10 mins. The metro is also close and easy to use.
Disliked: The breakfast schedule changes. We were told on check-in that it was 7 -11 am. Well, that's on the weekend. It's 7-10 am weekdays and we missed it on our checkout morning. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of clarity.

Liked: Elegant and clean hotel with courteous and professional staff. The location was ideal for me. Room was a nice size and the view was decent with sunlight waking me up each morning.
Disliked: Would have preferred a walk-in shower and more vegan options at breakfast but these were minor issues overall :)

Liked: Everything was great. Welcome at the reception, amazing cleanliness, delicious breakfast. There is a bar in the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location less than 5 min walk from Lima metro station. The breakfast was lovely the rooms were compact and clean.
Disliked: The rooms were very hot. The air con was poor and it was hard to keep the room cool.

Liked: We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Starhotels Ritz in Milan. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made our trip even more special, however, was the incredible service we received from the staff.A special thanks to Piero at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His helpfulness, professionalism, and local tips made a huge difference and truly enhanced our time in Milan. We are also very grateful to Kamila and Milena, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always made us feel at home.Thanks to the wonderful team at Starhotels Ritz, our trip to Milan was even better than we could have hoped. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return!
