Liked: Room was good size, with a wheelchair. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Central location made all the main sites accessible, even when it was raining.

Superb

Liked: Location is great, 1 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Close to all central locations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, the windows faced backyard, so it was really quiet for sleep.

Disliked: For the priceI think they could provide a couple of bottles of water. Mini bar ridiculous prices WHY? People might use it if the prices were reasonable. No tea or coffe mak8ng fascilities.Air conditioning/heta noisy could not turn it off.

Well-located and well-managed 4-star hotel...

Liked: * Location: Excellent, in the heart of Torino, right across Porta Nuova train station with good public transportation connections. At the southern edge of the old town and within walking distance of most sights. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby.* Room: Quiet and comfortable, well-maintained. Was well heated in March, which surprisingly is not generally true in Italy.* Overall: Superb price-performance ratio. Was the most satisfying choice among the hotels in our Piemonte-Liguria-Lombardia trip in March 2024.
Disliked: * Shower stall: Just a minor gripe about some waterproofing parts not in good condition.

Superb

Liked: Super friendly Staff and perfect location, everything within a walking distance from the Hotel. On the check out day they kindly stored our luggage so that we could spend our last lay touring around the city before catching a 7.00 pm train to Milan from the station that was right next to the hotel.
