Stardust Motel

Liked: Convenient; close to Foxwoods.
Disliked: Nothing.

Management were friendly and helpful. Everything worked and room was clean. Good location. Will stay again - recommend it.

Liked: Very clean - cleanest motel we've ever been in.
Disliked: Beds were too soft.

Liked: It was a last minute find for a place to stay and I was pleasantly surprised... I got it because it was cheap but I would stay there again. Was not bad at all... Comfortable and a very nice room
Disliked: Wasn't really anywhere to park them. Vehicle attached to a trailer but it was not that big a deal. They let me park out front and it was fine

Terrible

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!
Disliked: We didn’t even stay there. This was the worst motel I’ve ever checked into. The room had a terrible Oder, nothing was updated. Outside was rough. Even the sign needed serious repairs. We spent probably a total of ten minutes there and checked out. You couldn’t pay me to stay there.

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Disliked: The cleaning stuff used was a strong smell, the bathroom light made a rattling sound, and the plastic on the pillows (I understand why), were a little uncomfortable

Pleasant!

Liked: The motel might not look nice from the outside. It's situated on a small hill enough to have a nice view to the surroundings. The motel was well lighted at night. Our room / bathroom were very clean. Two full beds, fridge, microwave. The owner is nice and accommodating to our request of 2nd floor room. We stayed for one night, only came to the motel in the evening and left early in the morning. Would stay there again and recommend to our family/friends.
Disliked: So far, nothing to dislike for a budget friendly stay.

Liked: The TV was OK and there was a microwave so I could heat up the sandwich I had. The room was clean and did have outlets for chargers.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. I had asked booking.com for a hotel near me. Part of the reason was that I had just crossed from RI into CT and the roads were not as good. However, to get to the Stardust, I had to go 3 miles South on I-95 (the road I was on), then make a U turn to go 3 miles NORTH on I-95 and go an additional 4 miles to get to the motel. As noted it was snowing and the roads had not been cleared.In addition, the "host" did not give me a wifi password and since it was clear that I had awakened him (even tho it said you could check in up to 11 PM and it was only 10:30), I decided not to pursue that.
