Disliked: The two girl front desk staff refused to offer any additional assistance when I was unwell and needed help. This is highly unprofessional behavior for hotel employees and significantly ruined our stay. For this reason, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Nice modern hotel, poor breakfast...

Liked: Modern hotel, very nice rooms, and pleasant staff. Location close to the main train station, but a little far from the central part of the city (no walking distance, have to take the Metro (U-bahn).
Disliked: Breakfast offer was disappointing, mostly sweet bread and cakes, not so much real continental breakfast dishes, I am used to be offered omelette, eggs, hams, bacon, salmon and salad varieties, but not in this hotel, had to go elsewhere for that. Should expekt more for such a pricy stay.
