Very good

Liked: The location is very good. Salzburg is quite a compact city and it's only a few minutes walk to many New Town and Old Town points of interest from the hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and had a nice view over the hill and street.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and even though we left before 09:00 and had our 'please service' sign on the door for the second day, we returned in the late afternoon without the room being cleaned. We ended up just getting some towels and things from the cleaner's cart. The hotel reception area is modern, but the desk does not monitor the entrance, as it is on a mezzanine level around the corner from the elevator, so anyone can walk in off the street and go up in the elevator. The rooms, especially bathrooms feel a little dated.

Liked: Property is in a great location, right in the old town, few steps away from all the most important attractions. It is also very clean and quiet. Bed is super comfy, we slept like babies.
Disliked: Nothing really. It was bit pricey but aside from that all good

Liked: It was very close to everything, great location. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The hotel has no parking. We had to park about 6 mins away at a public parking lot. You can't get your car near the hotel unless you get a special one time use code to lower the post which was blocking cars. The hotel is in a pedestrian area.
