You get what you pay...
Liked: DOG FRIENDLY!! AC worked great! Location to beach, restaurants, and other attractions was Great!! Easily accessible from 90, located right by a traffic light. If you're looking for a quick, affordable get away and don't mind roughing it a little - it's the place for you!
Disliked: The room/floors were visibly dirty, there was buildup & grime beside the tub. The sink water never got hot.The bed was unlevel and very uncomfortable—springs were poking through the mattress, and the comforter looked decades old, with noticeable cigarette burns and stains. There is a $20 cash deposit required, per key, per room. Which was not disclosed prior to arrival. There is no bathroom in the lobby and the pool bathroom was "out of order"If you are compelled to stay here - bring Lysol, your own blankets & pillows, and plan to wear shoes the entire stay. It did it's job for a quick, last minute, nothing else affordable/available stay.

Need for Better Customer Service,...
Liked: The location was perfect for the business we needed to attend. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The environment was peaceful and quiet.
Disliked: I am an honorably discharged veteran with disabilities. I requested that the property accommodate me with a handicapped equipped room if available. This request was not promptly provided. I was given an upstairs room. This necessitated a second request at the time of check-in. We were provided a downstairs room. This room had electric outlets on the entire wall that were inoperable. This was a major inconvenience because the head of the bed is situated on this wall, along with the dinning table, and the provided dual bed reading lamps and an pole lamp (which is really needed with the room lighting). We had to use the outlets in the in-room counter sink combination (Who wants to get out of bed to use an outlet?).The television remote had no backing to secure the batteries (which the room remote had no batteries). Fortunately, I had medical devices that utilizes the needed AA batteries. I did not want to walk from the back of the property and or dealI am an avid traveler and I take pride in preserving all of my travels. I document and photo journal every property and much of the surrounding areas. I pass this information throughout my family, friends, associates, and throughout my network. I was in the process of taking my initial assessment photos of the property and security due diligence when I was questioned curtly by a person, "Why are you recording!" I politely answered, "I am a business tourist and I am staying here." Quid pro Quo, I asked the person why are you asking?" The person did not answer me in kind and I politely stated "You asked me and I respectfully told you it would be polite to know who is addressing and questioning me?" The person rudely stated, "I am the owner!

Clean, quiet, perfect location and...
Liked: This motel is on the older side, more old fashioned furniture and bedding. But we have stayed here several times. It is clean! The A/C worked fabulously! It is across the street from the beach and restaurants and shark heads. You can walk the board walk by just crossing the street. It is quiet and safe. It has a nice pool. It is the most affordable place to stay!
Disliked: The mattress was quite firm. And they don’t provide enough pillows but we always bring our own.
