Very good

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean and tidy. We used it as a base for Hyde Park for a concert. Good location and local amenities. Well priced for the area I think as we're from Manchester. Comfortable sleep, good use of room space for 3 people
Disliked: If I had to pick something, the checkout time is 10:30, a little later would be good. The remote for the TV worked but not very well, but we were out most of the day so it wasn't a massive issue just for the evening when we were settling down.

Was okay if you’re staying...

Liked: Check in was easy even though it was gone 11pm. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Small rooms. Had a twin room and the bathroom was really small. Could only do one step into the bathroom. Steep stairs to get up to the higher floors would be a struggle if you had a lot of luggage

Exceptional

Liked: A very well maintained hotel. The receptionist on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the shower was excellent. The bed was firm and comfortable. Overall a very good place to stay and good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Really good location, beds were comfy, wifi surprisingly good, nice bathroom. For the money it was great value in London, really handy for Hyde Park gigs, no issues at all.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was decent and as expected for the price.

Great location, good for the...

Liked: It was in a great location - 10 mins walk to Hammersmith tube and 15 mins walk to Westfield. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff were accommodating. The surrounding area had green spaces and a few lovely local shops.
Disliked: Nothing we disliked, the hotel has basic amenities but that was fine for us as we were only there 1 night. The room was quite hot (we were there during a heatwave!) but it cooled down with the window open during the night. We managed to sleep but it was quite loud. There is aircon which you have to pay for - we didn’t realise until we were in the room that this was an option, so would have probably paid if we were made aware.
